The comfortable, relaxing lounge area has patio doors which offer amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea, mountains and Nerja's most famous Burriana Beach. Leading from the lounge, the apartment has a private sunny terrace furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers providing an ideal sun trap or perfect dining area with fantastic views.

Recently modernised, the kitchen has been fully fitted and has all equipment required for a self catering holiday including a washing machine and a dishwasher. The recently modernised bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet, basin and heated towel rail. The bedroom is furnished in pine with twin beds a fitted wardrobe and a safe.

The complex has 2 communal pools, 1 for adults and 1 splash pool for children with a depth of 40cm, with grass and shaded areas as well as sun loungers for hire. There is also a snack bar by the pool. 

Communal pool (non-heated), open from beginning of March to end of October from 10h to 20h.

To access Burriana Beach, it’s only a few minutes walk down through Capistrano Playa’s tropical gardens. This will lead you to the beach front with promenade, a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and a host of watersports in the summer months (kayak, parasailing, diving centre, jet skis, pedalos and more). Burriana Beach has showers, sunbeds, children's play areas, volleyball courts. Balcon de Europa is approximately 20 minutes walk away. There is a regular local bus service within a few minutes walk from the apartment.
