This attractive, modern one bedroom apartment has a large balcony set into the hillside with amazing mountain and sea views. 

The bedroom has a double bed, storage and there is a sofa bed in the living room. The large terrace is furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers. The sun is from early morning to late afternoon. The kitchen is open plan. 

The modern bathroom has an overhead shower, toilets.

There is air-conditioning/heating in the living room and the bedroom. There is free WiFi and a smart TV with a comprehensive channel package. All linen and towels are provided with the exception of beach towels. 

The complex has 2 communal pools, 1 for adults and 1 splash pool for children with a depth of 40cm, with grass and shaded areas as well as sun loungers for hire. There is also a snack bar by the pool. 

Communal pool (non-heated), open from beginning of March to end of October from 10h to 20h.

To access Burriana Beach, it’s only a few minutes walk down through Capistrano Playa’s tropical gardens. This will lead you to the beach front with promenade, a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and a host of watersports in the summer months (kayak, parasailing, diving centre, jet skis, pedalos and more). Burriana Beach has showers, sunbeds, children's play areas, volleyball courts.

Balcon de Europa is approximately 20 minutes walk away. There is a regular local bus service within a few minutes walk from the apartment.
