The Living room, double bedroom and the twin rooms have air conditioning and overhead fans.

Externally the villa has private walled gardens and a large patio with sunbeds, two dining tables, chairs and BBQ. There are also stairs leading to a private roof terrace. From the garden there are amazing views of the Sierra Almijara mountain ranges which surround Nerja to the north and views out to sea.

You will have direct access from the lower floor to the community gardens and swimming pool areas of Jardines de Nerja, the pool is about 30 metres from the villa.

Heating for those using the property in the cooler winter months is via a wood burning fireplace and central heaters. Air conditioning is available for the living room areas.

For those hiring transport the villa has off road parking, those wishing to walk can access the beaches and town centre within 30 mins.
